Welcome to Aprendí!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Aprendí's website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Aprendí, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Use

• a. To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information.
• b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as for all activities that occur under your account.
• c. Aprendí reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

4. Content and Conduct

• a. You are responsible for the content you upload and the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of such content.
• b. You grant Aprendí a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, save, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your content on Aprendí solely for the purposes of operating, developing, providing, and using the Service.
• c. Aprendí does not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any content or communications posted via the Services or endorse any opinions expressed via the Services.

5. Rights and Restrictions

• a. Aprendí grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you as part of the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services as provided by Aprendí, in the manner permitted by these Terms.
• b. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.
• c. You agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from any Aprendí content or materials unless expressly authorized by Aprendí.

6. Social Media and Third Party Services

If you choose to log in, access, or otherwise connect to Aprendí through a social media or other third-party service, you may be sharing certain information with us from your social media or third-party service account. You are responsible for your interactions with these services.

7. Notifications

• a. As part of the Service, you may receive notifications, alerts, emails, or other types of messages. You have control over your notification settings and can opt in or out of these communications.
• b. We provide our Service "as is," and we can't guarantee it will be safe and secure or will work perfectly all the time.

Aprendí reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Aprendí may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
